Zayda, a young girl who has just lost her parents in a plane crash, moves to California, along with her big brother, Zay’Qwon. It’s her senior year, and all she is worried about is graduating high school and moving on with her life. She’s never been exposed to the street life; that is, until she meets Animal.
Animal lives up to his name in the streets. He’s a full-blown assassin, who refuses to settle down with any girl in the world. He, along with everybody else knows it isn’t possible, loving a thug like him, especially one with two distinct personalities.
Emery is your average girl, who ends up falling for a nigga who only falls for the streets. Fed up, Emery decides enough is enough and leaves the love of her life, believing Orlando will never change his doggish ways.
Anique has been in an abusive relationship with her high school sweetheart, Ronny, for years. She lives by the unspoken creed, “It’s hard to let go of the only man you’ve loved.” But when she discovers Ronny’s secret, she isn’t going to take it anymore. Swearing off men and their trifling ways, she finds that hard to do when she’s introduced to the dark and mysterious Zay’Qwon.
From the outside looking in, Kyndell is your typical high school teenager, with a lot going for her. She’s the captain of the cheerleading squad, and dating the star football player. Everyone thinks they’re a match made in heaven, but they don’t see the dark secret lying behind her beautiful eyes. Kyndell is tired of the drama and decides she’s ready for something new. When she meets Bryston, she sees what it’s really like to be treated like a queen, and she’s diving into it head on.

Giving My Love to A Thug by Christine Davis is a phenomenal story. She does a good job. She’s a amazing writer and author. The storyline is on point and the characters are crazy and dramatic. This book had me on pins and needles patiently waiting on part 3
Very good read. Read in less than 12 hrs. Ready for the second book. Definitely full of suspense. Great job!
This book was everything. I was loving the storyline. Zayda dealt with losing her parents better then others would have. She continued to live to make them proud. Her brother made sure to always have her back. Animal was crazy but sweet at the same time. He had his moments but I believed only one female could calm him and it wasn't his girlfriend. Orlando needed to get his life together. Emery was a good girl and she really loved him! Kyndell and Anique both had to deal with crazy exes. I was shocked by the events the two of them went through! That ending has my head spinning and looking forward to what book two has to bring because things are about to get crazy!
I give it five stars because it is well written and it held my complete attention!!!

Page turner. I could not put the book down. Christine Davis is my new favorite author. I absolutely cannot wait for the sequel.
